An online painting course combining loose, expressive facial abstraction with fluid pigments including acrylic and watercolors.
Have you wanted to explore some fun ways to work with fluids, either acrylic or watercolors, and use the face as your subject matter? This course combines direct video instruction of how to do just that with a live teaching experience challenging you to experience working quickly and abstractly, but with a plan.
A week before the live you will receive access to the video instruction where I show you how I prep my paper, gather supplies, begin a painting, and manipulate the pigments so that you can begin the live session with more confidence.
During the live, we will work in timed sessions then slow the pace while we add some details and finish strong, possibly with a little bling. The course is a dual course, but designed so that you can see HOW to do it, then have the experience of actually doing it your way.
The live session is on February 22, beginning at 11 Central and will be recorded.
The pre-prep video instruction will be available February 15.
